Enduring Power of Attorney

A continuing power of attorney is a legal document in which a person with legal capacity, clarity of mind, and free will, chooses for him/herself who will manage his/her property, medical and personal affairs should his/her cognitive condition changes and his/her judgment is impaired. In that situation, the appointed power of attorney, will be authorized to act on behalf of the appointor in the future, when said, appointer will no longer be able to make informed decisions and manage his/her affairs.

Attorney Mor Braunstein is authorized by the Israeli Ministry of Justice to prepare and validate a continuing power of attorney, preliminary instructions for guardian appointment, and a document of expression that serves as a will under the law.
